Editing "Hiring" page with application composer

Hello Everyone!

Could you please clarify how to edit page [Hiring] to add new objects.
I've try to open Page composer on it but it doesn't do enything.
In Application Composer I can't find something related to Hiring so couldn't check permissions.
Other Pages are editable with Page composer.
