Error while promoting SME on FAW

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue while trying to promote SME from my DEV FAW instance to me PROD instance…

FYI : I've completed the latest upgrades of both instances (same latest version), I have the required Service Adminstrator Role, I'm facing the same issue using a different browser… I dont't know what else I should check to be able to promote my SME…

Any idea please ?
