spider chart in Skills qualification - Manager not able to see it

Summary:

As Line Manager (with seeded oracle role: ORA_PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT), user is not able to see the button "Manager evaluation graph"

Redwood has been activated to be able to use the spider chart in skills and qualification.

But a user with seeded security role (Employee and line manager) is not able to see the 3 buttons that administrator can see:
