Guided Journey is not working in the skills and qualifications page

Hello we needed to add an instruction in the skills and qualifications page, we created an Guided Jouney and associated the Guided Journey codes to the following properties:

But the guided journey code entered doesn't seem to work, and nothing appears on the screen. Does anyone know why this is happening or if this is not the correct option to use?
