misalignment between the time displayed

Hi, extracting the report in question via the following path:

SmartPeople > People management > Compensation policy management > HR activities > View administration report > Compensation plan cycle = 2024 compensation policy plan > Audit export

we noticed that there is a misalignment between the time displayed in the system in the "Update time" column compared to the time displayed in the same column when unloading with the spreadsheet loader.
