Account Engagement Level in Oracle Sales Insights
Summary: HI All,
I am enabling Sales Insights - Account Engagement level in Oracle Sales Cloud in Demo application. Though I see, Engagement Levels High, Moderate, and Lonely, I also see some Accounts with Not Available and blank values. What could be the possible reason for the same? Should I have to re-run the Sales Insights for all the accounts so that there will be no blank values for Engagement Level, if yes how can I re-run?
