Request to reset my OCI to default

Summary: Hi, I am looking to reset my OCI/Tenancy back to factory/default settings. I am looking to have a fresh install of my cloud. I had sub users assist me with some actions, but I am unsure of the full extent of their modifications. Therefore I am looking to have my cloud reset to its default, original settings. I hope that this is possible without losing my free tier account access. Thank you for any assistance!
