Can we submit the cash expense in mobile application

Summary:

I have manually added the expense in mobile application. I have filled all the fields.

I have saved it, then it came to upload section in mobile, then I have uploaded it.

but it is not coming under submit section - where I wanted to create the report and submit it.
All the corporate card transactions are available under submit section in mobile app. But the cash expenses which I have added manually and uploaded are not coming under submit section for me to click on submit from mobile application.

I have filled the missing information, and the information is correct.
