Remove Labels under details section in candidate job application

We are trying to remove label section from job applications section for candidate based on Role. We want to remove it for Hiring Manager.

We were unable to find page which would be helpful for making changes.

Path:- Go to My Team > Hiring > For a job requisition, click on number of candidates to view the job applications. Click on a candidate name > On the details page that opens, hide the Labels section
