Oracle Expense App cannot connect to URL

Summary:

We have set up oracle expenses and want to now also use the mobile app. We have downloaded the latest app from the webstore and are able to enter the URL for our test environment using SSO. When we then get to the sign in page we are prompted for username and password but then receive "Not Found The Requested URL was not found on this server" error. Has anyone encountered the same issue and been able to resolve?

Also tried using 'Basic' with fusion username and password but also results in 'login failed. connecting to the server failed'
