Unable to see "Exclusivity Length" field for Agency

Hello Everyone!

By Oracle documentation on HCM Implementation - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/talent-management/24b/faimh/implementing-recruiting.pdf (Page 261)
The 6th item is telling that we are able to set Exclusivity Length for agency on creating Agency state.
For some reason we as implementers are not able to see this field (See the screenshot)

Please let us know what we did wrong or where to define the Exclusivity Length for agencies
