Hi all we are facing an issue with the visibility of the offer details for approvers which are not part of the offer team (and neither have direct/indirect reports as part of the offer team).

Following the docmuentation and also following post:

We created a custom job role which inherits the standard roles: ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_REQUISITION_OBI, ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_OTHER_COMPENSATION, ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER, ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_REQUISITION, ORA_IRC_MANAGE_JOB_OFFER_BY_RECRUITING_MANAGER, IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_PRIV_OBI, ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_OFFER_SALARY, IRC_VIEW_JOB_REQUISITION_PRIV_OBI.
