Balances adjustments for emplyee moved to HCM cloud from a legacy system mid-year

We have been processing payroll for several of our employees in Payroll HCM Cloud since January 2024 and we have other employees who are still in a legacy payroll system. However, in some situations we need to move some employees from the legacy system to the Oracle Payroll HCM cloud mid-year.
How can we proceed with the balances adjustments so that the calculation of federal (canada) and provincial (quebec) taxes will be done correctly taking into account what was calculated in the legacy system and without having an impact on payroll reports (payroll register, deductions, payments to third parties…)?
