How to make a workforce compensation plan visible and editable to associates?

edited Jun 11, 2024 4:00PM in Compensation 6 comments

Summary:

We have a workforce compensation plan that needs to be accessible to the associate/employee to update some details on the worksheet. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this? I know there are the secondary and reviewer hierarchies, but I'm not sure how to configure a formula if a formula is needed to open the workforce compensation tile to the employee/associate level.
