Limit Recruiting Type Options by Location or Security Role

Summary:

Is it possible to limit the recruiting types available when creating a requisition ? For example , we have created new recruiting types specifically for China. We only want our China hiring managers and recruiters to see those options in the drop-down menu. Is this possible by location , creating a new security role , etc ?
