ADF_FACES-60097; ADF_FACES-60096; Server Exception during PPR, #7 - Adding rate to salary basis

I am trying to add rate to a salary basis and for every attempt I try to add the rate to the salary basis, I am facing this error "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #7"

Need to create a salary basis and add rates and derived value rate definitions to the salary basis. For one particular rate definition, as I attempt to add the rate definition to the salary basis, the system generates the error.
