Data Deduplication cloud tools to use before loading data in Oracle CDM Cloud

Hi All,

Our customer have a requirement to verify the duplicate accounts with external data set withing CDM cloud without loading this data in CDM cloud. They want to use the Manage Enterprise Data Quality rules engine of Oracle CDM cloud again the external data set to find the duplicate accounts before we load those account in to CDM using import managmeent.

Something similar to RingLead which is used with Salesforce and this tools is meeting the needs of deduplication on demand using external data.

Please advise if there is an possibility or external oracle cloud tools avaialble to support such use cases. Any leads are appreaciated.
