Can we add icons to the applications grid for ex employees with would not recommend for rehire?
Summary:
Our recruiters have to drill down to the personal ex employee profile to see if there is a would not recommend for rehire flag which get's missed because you can't see the ex employee flag so easily without looking at the candidate record, then figuring our whether they are an ex employee to see if the flag for recommended for rehire is no - they want to make it accessible at a glance so wondered if anyone knew a way around this? Thanks
