View CART disappears when we create a purchase requisition

The View CART icon does not remain throughout the purchase requisition creation process in RSSP , like it used to do in the Classic UI of SSP.

ATTACHED DOCUMENT provides screenshots of the comparison done between classic ui and RSSP UI .

Our users have complained that this is not very user friendly as it adds time to go back to the home page to access the CART.
