Does Taleo Enterprise Edition SOAP Webservices support WS-Security Authentication with SAML Token?

Summary:

As per the following documentation, the webservices support only basic authentication.

But the older version of TEE SOAP Webservices supports WS-Security with SAML Token profile.

E.g., as per the following documentation (page number 35) it supports SAML Token Authentication.

Questions:
1) please confirm if WS-Security SAML Token Profile is still supported in TEE 24A?
2) If yes, what version of SAML is supported by TEE SOAP Webservices?
3) If yes, what are the steps we need to follow in TEE to configure this type of authentication for Webservices. Any documentation would be helpful.
