How to reverse a credit memo written off through Adjustment?

We have an issue where user has written off a credit memo balance in May but now, he has been asked to see if he can reverse this adjustment and make the credit memo balance available to use for the customer.

Please let me know if it is possible to do so, If yes, then how?
