ORACLE Licencing privileges > licences documentation incomplete

I have a list of roles and the privileges contained within each.

for Licencing costings, all I now need is to map each privilege to its associated licence cost ,  but all I can find is this:

..yet hardly ANY of privileges identified in use in our roles are included in the docs above. 

Cynically,  I’d suggest this on purpose to keep clients in the dark, but hopefully, I just haven’t got all the ORACLE complete privileges > licences documentation.
