Preparer for Drop Ship sales order to be the salesperson or person who created order?

Summary:

Currently in Order Management parameters we have "Preparer for procurement" which defaults a single person as the preparer of a requisition for an entire Business unit.

Customers usually have multiple business units and multiple salespersons within which they enter, administer and fulfill orders. This profile then assumes they will designate one person which will be the "go-to" person if something is wrong with some dropship order.

Customers would want the "Preparer" to be the person which is creating the order or the salesperson on the sales order because they would be the only persons which know what they entered, why they entered it, why they are requesting the product, etc.
