Created a Custom attribute from sandbox and it not visible in import template

Created a custom attribute from sandbox which is searchable and updateable and published this changes.

After publishing this changes we are unable to see this attributes in import template but it is still visible in by backend table.

What could possibly go wrong here ?

What if the custom attribute not marked as updateable - will this attribute present in import template ?
