GL Worklflow rule (spreadsheet) based on period type

Hello Cloud Community,

I am writing to inform you of the implementation of a new workflow rule in our GL system. This rule should works only for the adjustment period and aims to ensure proper validation of accounting operations during this critical phase.

 **Workflow rule details:**

 - Triggering criteria:** The rule will target a single approval group only for journals to be posted to the adjustment period. FYI, The format of the period in the calendar is as follows: "2024-06-AJ"

 - Action:** Notification will be automatically sent to you as the designated validator for these operations (located in an approval group named "GL Approval".
