Updating EFF for Dropship Order split line results in lines being in error and locked(24B)

Summary:

Our Instance is in 24B and we have enabled "Update Attributes on Split Order Lines for Partial Drop Shipments" Opt-in feature

We created a dropship order with 4 shippable lines and then created multiple ASNs resulting in 2 lines being split while the other 2 lines are not split.
All lines were then invoiced . The Order orchestration has a pause after the Invoice Task, so all lines are in the Pause task.

A revision is created on the Order and EFF is updated for all lines (Both Split and Not Split lines).

The order is submitted successfully

Line 1 , Line 2-1, Line 3 and Line 4-1 the EFF is updated and orchestration has no error.
