Unable to select BU while creating a Subcription

Summary:

I am creating a Subscription in UI. However, the BU which is required to be selected does not show up in BU search.

I have Subscription Specialist role and have data access to the BU.

Is there any other configuration that is required to get BU access to create a Subscription?
