Proration on a Gross Up element
I have a requirement to apply proration on a element starting mid month based on the monthly net amount entered in the element net input value.
When we use the seeded Oracle functionality it prorates the taxed amount instead of calculating the prorated net amount and then grossing up with TAX and NI.
In terms of element setup: The gross up amount was selected during creation and the proration group and formula is added in advanced details.
2. Also is there a way to get a person's tax and NI rates in a fast formula so that we can calculate the correct amounts ourself in the formula?
