FPS Error - Leave date is too small

Summary: FPS has errored due to leave date being too small (old). What action is required to allow data to flow on FPS to HMRC with out error?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We pay some employees an annual payment for several years after they leave. We have an employee who left in 2018 and has just received their final payment in June payroll. Payroll finalised ok with no errors and bacs file raised. We then submitted test FPS file to HMRC and it has errored with following message….

… Does anyone know what action is required so that FPS can be submitted without error?
