How to prevent rejection letter trigger during the bulk status update

Is it possible to not trigger rejection letter to the candidates post Requisition status canceled or filled?

On the cancelled requisition with the auto cancel option selection, unfortunately the candidates are still active. Like that we found some 60K candidates' status needs to be changed to Reject which we will update through TCC. During that script update, we don't want any rejection letter to be triggered to the candidates. Would you please suggest us if there are any ways to prevent through either setting or other way.

Also, we requested to oracle to stop the notification; will oracle be able to stop the notifications for the zone?
