How to create Compensation item in TCS using Salary Basis with incremental Components

We have a Salary basis with incremental components setup and we need to bring these components values also in the TCS . How do we achieve this, ?? We tried few options by creating Compensation item using Salary Rate as Source , but we do not get anything on the Salary rate drop down, despite Rates being defined in the Salary basis setup.

How can we bring these Components value in the TCS ??
