    Career of interest and suggested career

    Hi,

    Can you help me ti tunderstand the difference between "career of interest" and "suggested career"?
    What are they for? Can both features be used on the Career development page?
    Are they UI or Redwood pages?
    Is it necessary to enable other functionalities to use them?
    Are they actions performed by Employee, Manager or HR?
    How can I enable them, via profile options or privileges?
