Delete previous configuration and have a fresh install

Summary:

In 2019, when ORC was still in its infancy, we boldly configured and started using it. Unfortunately, for various reasons, the system did not deliver at that time. We have now embarked on re-implementing ORC and are wondering if it is possible to delete the previous configuration and perform a fresh install of just the ORC components.

I understand this might be a difficult request, but I was hoping that someone in the community could assist. We have raised a Service Request (SR) with Oracle and received the following response:

“ORC Support team deals with specific errors/issues related to the standard functionalities/roles that we provide out of the box. 'Customizations,' 'personalizations,' and 'mapping business requirements to product functionality' fall outside the scope of support as per the Support Policies, which can be consulted in the KM document Doc ID 166650.1. We would have gladly helped you, but support is not staffed to deliver education or consulting services. Our recommendation is for you to post this in Cloud Customer Connect (CCC) in our Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace forum . Once you have posted the question, please share the URL with us
