Different ideas on how to configure different nonexempt step structures
Summary:
We are being asked to configure new nonexempt wage structures with steps that vary in salary values by work location. We have already confirmed with Oracle that you cannot configure salary differentials for step structures. So we are trying to determine the best way to configure these that is intuitive to our end users so they pick the right grade ladder and grade.
Ex. We would have one job; there are three different possible grades (one at a discount, one at baseline, and one at a premium) - each grade would be on a separate grade ladder. How to help people know which is the right one to pick is what we are struggling with?
