Involuntary Deduction: Creditor Debt is being deducted without an enterable calculation value.
Summary:
We have created the Involuntary Deduction for Creditor Debt, but we have not included an enterable calculation value such as order amount or order rate. Despite this, the system is still deducting Creditor Debt for these employees. We have examined the calculation value definition to check for a default value or rate, but rate and order amount are blank.
Does anyone know why the system is calculating and deducting Creditor Debt even when no value is added to the enterable calculation value?
