In the ‘Search Knowledge Article’ intent, the ‘see more’ user input currently supports English only.
Once the ‘Helpdesk’ skill is translated for multilingual support, customers can apply this hotfix to enable 'see more' functionality in other languages.
Tracking Bug 36501843 (fixed in Helpdesk • 24.10.01 – 24.02).
