Where the Minimum Salary for GOSI is stored in the application

Need to know where the GOSI minimum salary is getting stored in the Application?

Oracle Implementation guide says that 1500SAR is minimum and 45000 SAR is maximum for Saudi employees.

Under Payroll → Calculation Value Definitions

I could see the attached information, but it says 400 SAR which is for Non-Saudi employees. But For Saudi employees it should be 1500 SAR.
