Is it now possible edit default filter settings for Service Request subtab in Account details page?

Hi,

On the Account Details page, there is the subtab "Service Request," which features a default filter that excludes "Resolved" and "Closed" statuses and we would like to include all statuses in the default filter for the Service Request section on the Account Details page layout.

We have read a Community post from 2022 indicating that this feature is not available (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/630539/is-it-possible-to-change-the-default-filter-values-selected-for-sr-in-accounts-details-page-layout).

Could you confirm whether this option is still unavailable, or if there have been any updates that now allow editing the default filter for the Service Request subtab?
