Unable to hide Description field in Create Goal Redwood page

Hi Team,
Unable to hide Description field - 'Any additional info you want to add based on criteria' field while creating goal. We have tried doing this personalization via VBCS, however we are unable to hide it. The field is to be hidden for specific Business Units only.

Any insights would be highly appreciated.
