Cannot apply manager update correction using worker API
Summary:
Looking for confirmation that an employee cannot be updated as a correction with a manager that has a later start date than the employee using the worker->WorkRelationships->Assignments->Manager API. If they are instead updated with a new start date for the assignment, can expense still be submitted for dates prior to that date and if so would the approval go to the old manager or the new manager.
