Offer letter spinning when trying to view on External Career Site

Summary:

We have reports of candidates that are unable to view their offer letters. When they click on the deep link sent via their email, it takes them to the career site and asks them to login using a code, once they are logged in the offer letter should appear, yet the screen just spins and spins and then says it cannot load and takes them to the job page.

Has anyone else experienced this? We have opened an SR but find it strange that this is suddenly happening only for some candidates.
