Employee is unable to complete e-signature task on checklist

We have configured a checklist with a e-signature task within it. We have configured a report to capture the e-signature details of the employee. But when user is trying to complete this task then the below mentioned error message is getting popped up. We tried moving the report to another folder. We also tried granting exclusive Open permissions to each folder and report for the user. We also gave user the BI Administrator role. None of these work.

When user navigates to Reports & Analytics, they are able to run the same report without any issues.
