Processed Flag is 'I' in OSS_RMCS_DOC_LINES_T table when interfacing data from OSMC-RMCS

Summary:

When "Send Subscription Revenue Information to Oracle Revenue Management Cloud" job is executed, then Processed Flag is updated to 'I' in OSS_RMCS_DOC_LINES_T table for some of the lines and following lines are not getting picked/processed for the same subscription.

Can you please confirm:

  1. What does 'I' denotes in Processed Flag field?
  2. Is this expected behavior? How to process records if they are stuck in this 'I' status?
  3. There are no details for these records in log file.
