Processed Flag is 'I' in OSS_RMCS_DOC_LINES_T table when interfacing data from OSMC-RMCS
Summary:
When "Send Subscription Revenue Information to Oracle Revenue Management Cloud" job is executed, then Processed Flag is updated to 'I' in OSS_RMCS_DOC_LINES_T table for some of the lines and following lines are not getting picked/processed for the same subscription.
Can you please confirm:
- What does 'I' denotes in Processed Flag field?
- Is this expected behavior? How to process records if they are stuck in this 'I' status?
- There are no details for these records in log file.
