SLA rule for Nonrecoverable tax

Summary:

, We have a requirement in out business to capture the SEZ unit for India. for this purpose a DFF was created to capture this on the invoice line. Also we need the SEZ code to be picked while accounting the invoice in secondary Ledger. We have made a SLA Rule for this but while accounting only the Item Expense line is picking up the SEZ value from the DFF and not the Non_recoverable tax
