EL expression to hide Add Goal button for employees

Summary:

Hi,

Kindly, could you help me to hide the "Add" button under Career Development> Development Plan:

I need to hide this Button only for Employees. Therefore, through Page composer I added this EL expression:

#{!securityContext.userInRole['GESTORE HR View Own Area of Responsibility, CARIPARMA RESPONSABILE CV']}

where the 2 security roles separated by "," are the ones who need to see the button

Is this logic correct? I would need to do this only by page customization> Page composer

Thank you,
Kind Regards

Silvia
