Locked out of Mobile Authenticator

Summary:

Oracle has just made me reset my password when signing in. After completing this password reset, I was signed out of my mobile authenticator. Now when I'm asked to receive a 2FA code, the app says "Login Expired". I go to ask for a mobile notification, and I receive none. I have already tried changing the "ui/v1/signin" part of my URL and I'm still asked to receive a 2FA code. I have the app on the same device that I signed up with, but I have been logged out when changing my password and cannot link my account again without
