competencies from performance document to talent profile display

Summary:

We have competencies section in our talent profile that is populated from performance document (via Job Model profile)

History of a competency

How do we display the date / year the competencies evaluated? I am assuming that the lates evaluation is the displayed in the talent profile, while the previous year evaluation of competency will display in the Rating history. However how do we display the date? there is no filter by yr.
