Contingent Worker Unable to be Included in Workforce Compensation Plan
Hi everyone!
I have a requirement to bring contingent workers into a Workforce Compensation plan but am not successful. I have utilized (and triple checked) the eligibility profile, the plan and cycle set up and tried "forcing" their eligibility via Administer Workers. However, when I try to add the plan (by Reprocess/Add Plan in Administer Workers), the specific plan does not even appear in the dropdown list to add.
I have read a couple of different comments and guidance, but can't seem to get a straight answer: is there a system limitation that does not allow a person record categorized as Contingent Worker to be eligible/included into Workforce Compensation Plans? When testing eligibility in the WFC plan itself, the contingent worker's assignment does not appear— only employee records do.
