Default Minimum and Maximum Salary Based on Job

Hi All,

I have gone through the following two articles to understand how to configure an auto-complete rule to populate Min and Max salary based on grade rate:

• How to Article: Use Autocomplete to Default Pay Range on a Requisition and Include in Job Posting
• Default Salary Associated with the Grade Rate While Creating a Requisition Using a Job

Here are the challenges we are facing for a global organization:

1. Multiple Valid Grades Associated with a Job:
   • The rule is randomly selecting a grade and displaying the range.
   • How do we display the least of all valid grades as the minimum value and the maximum of all grades as the maximum value?
