OPA Mobile and OSC Incidents

Hello,

I am creating an OPA Mobile application that will be used by our inspectors to obtain property access permission from a landowner.  If the land owner approves of us crossing the property to get to our monitoring station I'm uploading the approval (or denial) as an incident to OSC.  A supervisor will review the information and then send an email with an attached completed and signed form to the land owner (or print it out and US Mail it if that is the land owner's preference).  How do I get OSC to generate the completed form with the signature?
